Dialkyl dithiophosphate of molybdenum oxide can greatly improve its friction performance. It forms a high-temperature thermoelectric effect at the running-in moment of machine parts, and forms a small amount of molybdenum trioxide extreme pressure film at the same time of autocatalytic formation of sulfur and phosphorus extreme pressure film, and forms a mixture of a small amount of molybdenum phosphate and alkyl sulfide at the same time, which reacts with the metal surface to play an anti-wear role, and at the same time produces nano-level molybdenum disulfide to fill the concave part and increase the anti-wear role.
The recommended dosage of MO-10 in oil is 0.2-3.0%.
The storage temperature of MO-10 should not exceed 50℃, and the recommended blending temperature is 60-75℃. When storing, loading and unloading and oil blending, refer to SH/T0164. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive, and it is equivalent to ordinary petroleum products in terms of safety and environmental protection, without special protection.
