T-323 is a multi-effect lubricating oil additive, which has outstanding anti-wear and extreme pressure performance and good anti-oxygen effect, and has good compatibility with other additives.
The application of T-323 in oil products shows outstanding oxidation resistance and excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure performance, as well as good oil solubility and ash-free. It has a good synergistic effect with aromatic amine antioxidants, which can reduce the addition of ZDDP in high-grade oil products, significantly improve the Timken OK value and four-ball sintering load of lubricating grease, and is widely used in many oil products and greases such as turbine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil and high-temperature chain oil.
The recommended dosage of T-323 in oil is 0.5-4.0%.
The storage temperature of T-323 should not exceed 50℃, and the recommended blending temperature is 60-75℃. When storing, loading and unloading and oil blending, refer to SH/T0164. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive, and it is equivalent to ordinary petroleum products in terms of safety and environmental protection, without special protection.
