T-746 has good oil solubility, can form a firm oil film on the metal surface, and completely protects the metal from rust and corrosion. It is an excellent antirust agent for oil products, but its antirust performance for lead and cast iron is poor.
T-746 is widely used to prepare turbine oil, machine tool oil, hydraulic oil, hydraulic transmission oil, antirust grease and other products.
The recommended dosage of T-746 in oil is 0.02-0.8%.
The storage temperature of T-746 should not exceed 50℃, and the recommended blending temperature is 60-75℃. When storing, loading and unloading and oil blending, refer to SH/T0164. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive, and it is equivalent to ordinary petroleum products in terms of safety and environmental protection, without special protection.
